It’s time for Round 2 of this year’s Battle of the Ships!

The top 12 couples you voted for from each category in Round 1 of the 2023 Battle of the Ships have now moved on to the second round of the competition. There are a total of five categories.

For couples you most want to see get back together, nominees in Round 2 include Kai and Amelia from Grey’s Anatomy, Casey and Brett from Chicago Fire, Max and Lucas from Stranger Things, Belly and Conrad from The Summer I Turned Pretty, and Tai and Van from Yellowjackets, among others.

For ships you want to see sail (the characters you want to see get together as a couple), nominees in Round 2 include Wednesday and Enid from Wednesday, Benson and Stabler from Law & Order: SVU / Law & Order: Organized Crime, Buck and Eddie from 9-1-1, Aziraphale and Crowley from Good Omens, Janine and Gregory from Abbott Elementary, Nancy and Ace from Nancy Drew, and more.

Then, of course, there are the Ship of the Year categories!

Vote for ONE choice per category. Vote once per day until voting ends.

Ship of the Year categories are separated by genre, with categories for comedy, drama, and sci-fi/fantasy/horror series.

Some of those nominees that have made it to the second round for Ship of the Year, Comedy Series include Carly and Freddie from iCarly, Carson and Greta from A League of Their Own, and Harley and Ivy from Harley Quinn, among others.

For Ship of the Year, Drama Series, there’s Maya and Carina from Station 19, Bradford and Chen from The Rookie, Kate and Lucy from NCIS: Hawai’i, Alexander and Charlotte from Sanditon, Burgess and Ruzek from Chicago P.D. and more.

And for Ship of the Year, Sci-fi/Fantasy/Horror Series, nominees include Ava and Beatrice from Warrior Nun, Lucy and Lockwood from Lockwood & Co., Raelle and Scylla from Motherland: Fort Salem, and Jamie and Claire from Outlander.

But again, that’s just naming a few! There are many more nominees listed in the polls below.

Note that for this round, unlike the first round, you may only vote for one choice in each category. Voting is open until Saturday, August 26th at 9:00pm EST! You can vote once a day until voting closes.

The top 6 couples from each category will move on to the final round, which begins on Sunday, August 27th.

Category #1: TV Couple You’d Most Like to See Get Back Together

For this category, the couples listed must be on a TV show that is currently airing, and both characters must technically still be on the show.

Category #2: Ship You’d Most Like to See Sail

What characters do you want to see just get together as a couple already? For this category, the shows must have aired within the time frame and characters must currently be on the given show.

Category #3: Ship of the Year (Comedy or Animated Series)

For this category, ships must come from comedy or animated series that aired between August 2022 and July 2023, and characters must have been on the show during that timeframe.

Category #4: Ship of the Year (Drama Series)

For this category, ships must come from comedy series that aired between August 2022 and July 2023, and characters must have been on the show during that timeframe.

Category #5: Ship of the Year (Sci-fi/Fantasy/Horror Series)

For this category, ships must come from comedy series that aired between August 2022 and July 2023, and characters must have been on the show during that timeframe.
