Meeting and getting along with your in-laws is never easy, and it’s a lot harder for Owen as he believes his future in-laws are infamous bank robbers. The Out-Laws drops on July 7 on Netflix.

Film Description: Owen Browning (Adam Devine) is a straight-laced bank manager about to marry the love of his life, Parker (Nina Dobrev). When his bank is held up by the infamous Ghost Bandits during his wedding week, he believes his future in-laws (Pierce Brosnan, Ellen Barkin) who just arrived in town, are the infamous Out-Laws.

A Sweeny Todd-inspired story, this Prime Video series follows Dolores Roach as she returns to Washington Heights after being released from prison. The Horror of Dolores Roach premieres with all episodes on July 7 on Prime Video.

Season Description: The Horror of Dolores Roach, based on the hit Spotify podcast series of the same name, is a contemporary Sweeney Todd-inspired urban legend of love, betrayal, weed, cannibalism and survival of the fittest. Dolores Roach (Justina Machado) is released from prison after 16 years and returns to a gentrified Washington Heights. She reunites with an old stoner friend, Luis (Alejandro Hernandez), who lets her live and work as a masseuse in the basement under his empanada shop. When the promise of her newfound stability is quickly threatened, “Magic Hands” Dolores is driven to shocking extremes to survive.

The Afterparty Season 2 (Apple TV+) – July 12

Detective Danner is back to solve another murder. The Afterparty Season 2 premieres with two episodes on July 12 on Apple TV+ with new episodes releasing weekly.

Season Description: In season two, a wedding is ruined when the groom is murdered and every guest is a suspect. Detective Danner returns to help Aniq and Zoë solve whodunnit by questioning family members, star-crossed lovers and business partners, and hearing each suspect’s retelling of the weekend, each with their own unique perspective and visual style.

Full Circle (Max) – July 13

A kidnapping investigation reveals a surprising amount of secrets and connections. Full Circle premieres with two episodes on July 13 on Max with new episodes releasing weekly.

Limited Series Description: An investigation into a botched kidnapping uncovers long-held secrets connecting multiple characters and cultures in present day New York City.

Mavis is newly singly and working on rebuilding her life and career. Survival of the Thickest premieres on July 13 on Netflix.

Series Description: Survival of the Thickest centers on Mavis Beaumont (Michelle Buteau). Black, plus-size and newly single (not by her choice!), Mavis unexpectedly finds herself having to rebuild her life as a struggling stylist. She’s determined to not only survive but thrive with the support of her chosen family, a body positive attitude, and a cute v-neck with some lip gloss. The scripted comedy is based on Buteau’s acclaimed book of essays.

Summer means we get to return to Cousins Beach and reunite with Belly, Conrad, and Jeremiah. The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 premieres with three episodes on July 14 on Prime Video with new episodes releasing weekly.

Season Description: Belly used to count down the days until she could return to Cousins Beach, but with Conrad and Jeremiah fighting over her heart and the return of Susannah’s cancer, she’s not sure summer will ever be the same. When an unexpected visitor threatens the future of Susannah’s beloved house, Belly has to rally the gang to come together—and to decide once and for all where her heart lies.

Foundation Season 2 (Apple TV+) – July 14

It’s time to rejoin Gaal, Hari, the Cleons, and company as the Second Crisis approaches. Foundation Season 2 premieres with one episode on July 14 on Apple TV+ with new episodes releasing weekly.

Yo-Yo, Slick Charles, and Fontaine stumble upon a secret government lab and a potential clone, which leads them to believe the government is experimenting on them. They Cloned Tyrone premieres on Netflix on July 21.

Film Description: A series of eerie events thrusts an unlikely trio (Boyega, Foxx and Parris) onto the trail of a nefarious government conspiracy in this pulpy mystery caper.

SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS (Paramount+) – July 23

Female agents are placed among the wives and daughters of high-value targets in order to gather intelligence and bring the operation down from the inside. SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS premieres on July 23 on Paramount+.

Series Description: SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS, inspired by an actual US Military program, follows the life of Joe while she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA’s spear in the war on terror. The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade and Donald Westfield, enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA’s efforts to thwart the next 9/11.

When presented with the opportunity for a better life, John Doe volunteers to transport a mysterious package across a dangerous, apocalyptic wasteland. Twisted Metal premieres with all 10 episodes on July 7 on Peacock.

Series DescriptionTwisted Metal, a half-hour live-action TV series based on the classic PlayStation game series, is a high-octane action comedy, based on an original take by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and written by Michael Jonathan Smith, about a motor-mouthed outsider offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With the help of a badass axe-wielding car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a deranged clown who drives an all too familiar ice cream truck.

Good Omens Season 2 (Prime Video) – July 28

Crowley and Aziraphale are back, and this time around, they’ll have to figure out why Gabriel’s lost his memory and restore it as quickly as possible. Good Omens Season 2 premieres with all six episodes on July 28 on Prime Video.

Season Description: Originally based on Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman’s international best-selling novel, Good Omens 2explores storylines that go beyond the original source material to illuminate the ineffable friendship between Aziraphale (Michael Sheen), a fussy angel and rare-book dealer, and the fast-living demon Crowley (David Tennant). Having been on Earth since The Beginning, and with the Apocalypse thwarted, the duo are getting back to easy living amongst mortals in London’s Soho. That is, until the archangel Gabriel (Jon Hamm) turns up unexpectedly at the door of Aziraphale’s bookshop with no memory of who he is or how he got there. While Crowley is leery as to why the archangel has come to the bookshop, Aziraphale is keen to solve the mystery behind Gabriel’s condition. However, hiding the archangel from both Heaven and Hell quickly disrupts their lives in unforeseen ways. To solve this mystery and thwart Heaven and Hell in the process, the duo will need more than a miracle; they’ll need to once again rely on each other.
