Preview — Hijack: Idris Elba Stars in Apple TV+’s New Thriller
Starring and produced by Idris Elba, Hijack tells the story of a plane that’s been hijacked during a flight from Dubai to London.
In addition to following the hijacking from the perspective of Sam (Elba) and the other passengers on the plane, Hijack also focuses on the events taking place on the ground as investigators learn of the hijacking.
Sam works as a negotiator, and as the trailer shows, he makes the hijackers an offer to ensure that he, along with everyone else, is able to get back home to his loved ones. But in such a tense situation, it’s unclear if Sam’s skills will be enough to save everyone.
