Preview — Cruel Summer Season 2 Episode 5: All I Want for Christmas

Loyalties are tested when Isabella believes someone is trying to frame her in Summer 2000 on Cruel Summer Season 2 Episode 5, “All I Want for Christmas.”

As Isabella’s lawyer Rebecca says in the promo video, “Sooner or later, someone’s going to talk, and we both know you have a lot to hide.”

It appears that Debbie draws boundaries, and Megan makes a shocking discovery about a letter — addressed to her, per the promo video. Perhaps both of those developments are connected to the plot to frame Isabella.

Back in Summer 1999, Isabella gets a surprise visit from someone from her past, with whom the promo teases she has a romantic connection.

Meanwhile, in Winter 1999, Isabella gets a visit from Luke after the night at the Chambers house on Cruel Summer Season 2 Episode 4, “Springing a Leak.” In the clip below, the pair discuss the “arctic chill” between them and Megan since that night.

Isabella’s concerns about Megan’s strange behavior, like sneaking out and acting like she has a secret, lead Isabella to surprising news.
