Mark starts to look deeper at his relationship with his father, David Healy. He’s always been closer to his mom, but that doesn’t mean Mark doesn’t love and miss his dad — who rarely makes time for them.

Meanwhile, Louise decides the best way to celebrate Mark is by having a celebration at the Lunch Box. Jackie and Becky step in to help, and in the end, it’s a celebration like only the Conners know how to pull off.
