Mo Brings Plenty Talks ‘Yellowstone’ and Kayce’s Vision Quest Scene [Interview]
Actor Mo Brings Plenty says he’s proud to be a part of Yellowstone because it’s such a “legendary” series, but he also pointed to one specific scene that he’s glad the series included. That scene is Kayce Dutton’s vision quest.
We caught up with Mo Brings Plenty on the red carpet ahead of the Yellowstone panel at PaleyFest to discuss the series, what he’s most proud of, and how it represents Native American Culture. (You can watch the full interview below.)

“I am most proud to be just a small part of such a successful series. This is a legendary series and to have Taylor Sheridan and Kevin Costner and all of them, you know, oh my gosh. That’s all of it for me,” Brings Plenty began.
He also discussed how the show incorporates Native American Culture. In particular, he talked about the way that Kayce is opening himself up to learning about their traditions.
“What’s important for me is that what it’s beginning to do is it’s humanizing us and it’s catching us up to date,” Brings Plenty said.
“And what I love about Kayce making that transition and coming in, is it shows that we are compassionate and loving people as well, and we care about everyone in our communities regardless of what nationality they are.”

“And just because Kayce did that particular vision-quest scene, it did not make him us, it was just our way of assisting him in his own struggles.”
“I am gonna say the scene where, again the vision question scene, I was very proud of that and very excited when they brought that to the table to be able to share that,” he added. “And Kayce being a part of that as well was very exciting. It was the perfect scene for me as well. It was beautiful.”
