Titans Is Back for Blood in Trailer for Final Episodes
The Titans suit up for the last time in the trailer for the final six episodes of the HBO Max superhero drama.
Per TV Line, Titans Season 4 continues on Thursday, April 13, with two episodes, followed by weekly releases until the series finale on May 11.
The series went on hiatus after a confrontation with Joseph Morgan’s Brother Blood on Titans Season 4 Episode 6, “Brother Blood,” in December 2022.
In the meantime and as previously reported, HBO Max canceled Titans and Doom Patrol, announcing both shows would end with their current seasons.
Now, the streaming service has unveiled a look at Titans‘ final episodes — and new key art — less than a month before they debut.
As Entertainment Weekly confirms, the trailer sees Dick Grayson and Koriand’r transported to an alternate dimension where they are very much a couple — proven by the wedding rings and matching pajamas.
The remaining Titans are tasked with discovering a way to bring Dick and Kory home and defeating Mother Mayhem and Brother Blood, who are adamant on reviving Trigon. All the while, Rachel learns that Sebastian’s feeding on her power, and Conner continues to struggle with his Lex Luthor side.
In perfect Titans fashion, new episodes also means a new suit for someone who has been impatiently waiting to fight with the Titans — Jay Lycurgo’s Tim Drake.
The two-minute trailer shows glimpses of Tim in the Robin suit, which TV Line reports costume designer Laura Jean (“LJ”) Shannon created. It also features the return of Curran Walters as Jason Tudd, presumably training Tim in how to be Robin.
Wherever Titans fans look in this trailer, there is something — or someone — to look forward to when new episodes start streaming on HBO Max next month.
Though, nothing may be more unequivocally exciting than the trailer’s final shot — Beast Boy, Starfire, Nightwing, Robin, and Raven suited up together.
