Preview — You Season 4 Part 2 Gives Joe a New Partner
Hello (again), You.
Netflix’s occasionally controversial, compulsively watchable stalker drama is set to return for the back half of its fourth season in March, and the show has plenty of questions to answer following its mid-season cliffhanger, which revealed the shocking identity of the Eat the Rich Killer and gave Joe a literal new partner in crime all at once.

You Season 4 has been doing its best to shake up the series’ expected narrative format, casting Joe as the detective in an Agatha Christie-style whodunnit murder mystery and putting his character on the proverbial back foot by giving him a stalker of his own.
But it was the last-minute revelation that Ed Speelers’ rags-to-riches political climber Rhys Montrose has actually been the Eat the Rich killer all along that was the half-season’s most interesting twist, and that promises the most propulsive story in its remaining episodes.
Will Joe join forces with the man he so admired from afar? Or will he fight to escape his control?
This season marks the first time that Netflix splits the season into two halves, with Episodes 6-10 arriving a month after the first five landed. Whether or not that will ultimately prove to be a benefit to the story the season is telling (perhaps allowing certain elements to breathe, excitement to build, etc) is something we’ll only find out after binging these last episodes. But here’s hoping!
