Disney Channel Star Christy Carlson Romano Producing ‘Wizards of Waverly Place,’ ‘Even Stevens,’ and ‘Ned’s Declassified’ Rewatch Podcasts
What’s the sitch? Christy Carlson Romano is single-handedly reviving our childhoods, that’s what.
The former Disney Channel star and voice of Kim Possible is launching PodCo and a plethora of rewatch podcasts. According to Variety, the podcast network will “focus on rewatches hosted by the stars of popular TV series” and is led by Romano as partner, with Brendan Rooney acting as founder/CEO.
The first shows to get the podcast treatment will be Wizards of Waverly Place, Ned’s Declassified, and Even Stevens.

Wizards of Waverly Pod will be hosted by Jennifer Stone, who played Harper Finkle, and David DeLuise, who played Jerry Russo. The Wizards of Waverly Place rewatch podcast launches on February 6, with episodes airing weekly on Mondays.
Fans can also expect to hear from various guest stars, with Selena Gomez set to make multiple appearances to discuss her time as Alex Russo on the comedy.
Nickelodeon’s Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide is next on the rewatch roster.
Ned’s Declassified Podcast Survival Guide will be hosted by the show’s original leading trio, Devon Werkheiser (Ned Bigby), Lindsey Shaw (Jennifer “Moze” Mosely), and Daniel Curtis Lee (Simon “Cookie” Nelson-Cook.)
The podcast premieres February 15, with new episodes dropping Wednesdays.

NBC/WB’s Brotherly Love will launch its podcast on February 24, with brothers Joey, Matt, and Andy Lawrence taking on hosting duties. Episodes for The Brotherly Love Podcast will drop on Fridays.
Romano, who played Ren Stevens on Even Stevens, will host Even More Stevens, along with Nick Spano (Donnie Stevens) and Steven Anthony Lawrence (Bernard “Beans” Aranguren).
The podcast is currently in production with a March 2nd premiere date and episodes set to drop Thursdays.
It’s so not the drama, but Romano is giving former child stars a platform to speak on their experiences.
At the same time, PodCo offers generations of Disney Channel and Nickelodeon fans an opportunity to revisit beloved TV shows from their childhood.
