Preview — Mayfair Witches Season 1 Episode 3: Second Line
Rowan’s world turns upside down again on Mayfair Witches Season 1 Episode 3, “Second Line.”
With Deirdre’s untimely death, Rowan is left with more questions than when she started her venture. Deirdre’s death being so close to Ellie’s, it’s fair to assume that Rowan will cling to her vices and be lost.
The promo video tells us that Carlotta will swoop in and assume the role of a consoling family member in a guise, while Cortland seems to be a snake in hiding.
Somehow, Cortland is seen communicating with Lasher on ways to coerce Rowan to him. That puts him on the suspect list along with Carlotta, but the bigger question is how and why he’s communicating with Lasher.
While the promo video doesn’t specify how, it does tell us we’ll also be introduced to a relative of Cipriene’s, Odette.

In the aftermath of Deirdre’s grisly death, Rowan searches for safety in a strange city; Sip provides Rowan with a safe house while he investigates Deirdre’s murder; Lasher makes contact with Rowan but not in the way one might expect. Written by Sarah Cornwell and directed by Axelle Carolyn.
