Preview — Law & Order Season 22 Episode 13: Mammon
It’s never easy when a case brings a church to the center of the investigation, even moreso when that church is accused of wrongdoing. Law & Order Season 22 Episode 13, “Mammon” shows that sometimes the church hides deeper secrets than you’d think.
The death of a graduate student brings Cosgrove and Shaw to a suspect who doesn’t have a clear motive. However, the evidence points toward them being the killer so Price and Maroun have to prosecute.

Price and Maroun take time to learn more about the suspect which leads them to uncover some hard truths about the local church community. There is a money-grabbing scheme involved that somehow connects to a corrupt preacher.
Meanwhile, McCoy warns them the case needs to be about the suspect not the church — the individual not the institution.
