Chicago Med Season 8 Episode 12, “We All Know What They Say About Assumption,” is going to bring a conflict to a head, and say more about AI in medical care.
This has been a major theme this season with frankly varied results. This continues to be a real-world issue, that the series is intent on continuing to explore.

Meanwhile, Jack Dayton is going through some growing pains as the man in charge of Gaffney. There was always going to be a period of adjustment.
How will the team handle this new dynamic that’s forming, and will everyone be able to come to an understanding?
Chicago Med has so far maintained its focus on the daily grind of this fictional hospital. Looking to the second half of the season, that doesn’t seem to be changing any time soon.
