That ’90s Show Trailer Welcomes Back the ‘That ’70s Show’ Gang
The That ’70s Show gang reunites in Wisconsin to welcome a new generation of Point Place kids in the first trailer for Netflix’s That ’90s Show.
The streaming service released the full-length trailer for the much-anticipated spinoff series. As previously reported, the teaser trailer debuted last month.
That ’90s Show Season 1 premieres on Thursday, January 19, on Netflix.

As TV Line reports, Topher Grace, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, and Wilmer Valderrama will reprise their roles from the original series on That ’90s Show as special guests, whereas Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith return as series regulars.
According to Deadline, the trailer reveals that series regular Mace Coronel will play “the charming” Jay Kelso, Michael Kelso and Jackie Burkhart’s son.
The two-minute trailer teases a potential romance between Jay and Leia, Eric Forman and Donna Pinciotti’s daughter, portrayed by Callie Haverda. It also suggests that the show will explore the father/daughter dynamic between Leia and Eric.

Plus, Kitty will visit another of Point Place’s familiar faces — Fez. Unsurprisingly, Valderrama’s character has not only one but “a bunch of salons” with commercials to boot, as expressed by his new love interest, Sherri, played by Andrea Anders.
Sherri’s two children, “the dynamic and rebellious” Gwen (Ashley Aufderheide) and “her lovable brother” Nate (Maxwell Acee Donovan), live next door to Red and Kitty, helping Leia find what she’s looking for — “some adventure in her life or at least a best friend who isn’t her dad.”
Per the logline, That ’90s Show finds Leia spending the summer of 1995 at her grandparents’ house when “she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red.”

The next generation of kids also includes Nate’s “laser-focused girlfriend,” Nikki (Sam Morelos), and Ozzie (Reyn Doi), whom Netflix describes as “sarcastic and insightful.”
Together, “Leia realizes adventure could happen there just like it did for her parents all those years ago.” That ’70s Show aired for eight seasons from 1998 to 2006.
That ’90s Show is created by That ’70s Show alums, Bonnie and Tyler Turner, with their daughter Lindsey Tuner. Gregg Mettler serves as showrunner and executive producer; Marcy Carsey and Tom Werner also serve as executive producers. Jessica Goldstein and Chrissy Pietrosh join the new series as executive producers.
