Welcome to a new week and another round of What to Watch on TV for the week of November 27th! We’ll be sharing our picks for what to watch this week, from premieres to midseason and season finales to exciting episodes.

This week’s picks include the fall finale of 9-1-1 and Titans as well as the finale of Queen Sugar.

The Equalizer – Sunday, November 27th

In the midseason finale, a superstar singer — guest star Kelly Rowland — decides to retire, and when she receives a terrifying letter, she knows just who to call to solve the case. McCall is trusted to track down the culprit. The Equalizer airs Sunday, November 27th at 8/7c on CBS.

Episode Description: After Misty, a superstar singer decides to retire, she receives a terrifying fan letter, her head of security hires McCall to track down the culprit.

Yellowstone – Sunday, November 27th

On the latest episode, John makes some quick changes at the Capital before he receives some important advice from Senator Perry. Meanwhile, the animosity between Jamie and Beth comes to a head. Yellowstone airs Sunday, November 27th at 9/8c on Paramount Network.

Episode Description: John makes swift changes at the Capitol; later, he receives some advice from Senator Perry; the venom between Jamie and Beth reaches a boiling point.

9-1-1 – Monday, November 28th

The 118 are never ones to back down from a challenge, which is exactly what the strong Santa Ana winds present them. There is a bit of mystery in the air when a dog discovers a severed hand, and Denny asks about his biological parents. The fall finale of 9-1-1 airs Monday, November 28th at 8/7c on FOX.

Episode Description: The Santa Ana winds bring in a variety of weirder-than-usual emergencies; a family dog retrieves a severed hand; a young woman sleep-drives into the station; Denny questions Hen and Karen about his biological parents.

Avenue 5 – Monday, November 28th

In the Season 2 finale, the passengers of Avenue 5 must determine which side will come out victorious in the fight for survival. The ship is still divided so either way, the missile is going to hit someone — the question is who. Avenue 5 airs Monday, November 28th at 10/9c on HBO or HBO Max.

Episode Description: With the ship divided, both sides must fight to survive — while dooming the other half of Avenue 5 to immenent death.

Queen Sugar – Tuesday, November 29th

Season 7 has been centered on the Bordelons trying to maintain their land and then working to get it back. On the season finale, the family makes one more attempt to gain back ownership of their land. Queen Sugar airs Tuesday, November 29th at 8/7c on OWN.

Episode Description: As the series comes to a close, the Bordelons make one final attempt to get their land back.

Willow – Wednesday, November 30th

Based on the film of the same name, this new Disney+ series continues the story of Willow Ufgood. Now, he leads a group of misfits on a rescue mission into the dangerous unknown. Willow premieres Wednesday, November 30th on Disney+.

The Conners – Wednesday, November 30th

It’s finally moving day for Darlene, Becky, and Beverly Rose. Will they manage to move into their new home without any major hiccups? The Conners airs Wednesday, November 30th at 8/7c on ABC.

Episode Description: Darlene, Ben, Becky and Beverly Rose move into the new house, where Darlene implements a new set of rules.

Abbott Elementary – Wednesday, November 30th

While Janine always thinks she is the center of the universe, the rest of the staff doesn’t. That is until she gets sick and things seem to actually fall apart without her usual take-charge demeanor on campus. Abbott Elementary airs Wednesday, November 30th at 9/8c on ABC.

Episode Description: Janine is out sick for the day; but with the substitute teacher shortage, Ava grows desperate and must step in herself to help out. She starts the day in an unconventional fashion, disrupting the students’ typical routine as well as neighboring classrooms. Meanwhile, Barbara and Melissa revel in the quieter-than-normal teacher’s lounge.

Titans – Thursday, December 1st

On the midseason finale, the team is in a race against time as they hope to save Sebastian from the blood moon ritual. It’s clear the team has some dark decisions to make in the path ahead. Titans airs Thursday, December 1st on HBO Max.

Episode Description: The Titans race against time to save Sebastian before the Blood Moon ritual while Conner’s hardened personality rears. And Gar is presented with an ominous choice. 

The Peripheral – Friday, December 2nd

The thriller series comes to an exciting end with the finale episode, “The Creation of a Thousand Forests.” The biggest answers of this season will hopefully be answered, especially whether or not Corbell is alive. The Peripheral finale airs Friday, December 2nd on Amazon Prime.

Series Description: Set in the future when technology has subtly altered society, a woman discovers a secret connection to an alternate reality as well as a dark future of her own.

Slow Horses – Friday, December 2nd

Everyone’s favorite MI5 Agents are back for more excitement with the Season 2 premiere. After the events of Season 1, it’ll be interesting to see where Jackson Lamb and his Slough House team are when Russian sleepers become activated in London. Slow Horses premieres Friday, December 2nd on Apple TV+.

Season Description: In season 2, long-buried Cold War secrets emerge which threaten to bring carnage to the streets of London.

Riches – Saturday, December 3rd

Get ready for a new and exciting Amazon Prime series centered on the affluent Richards family. Drama ensues when the family patriarch passes away unexpectedly. Riches premieres Saturday, December 3rd on Amazon Prime.

Series Description: Riches follows the exploits of the stylish, privileged, super-successful Richards family. When Stephen Richards (Hugh Quarshie) passes suddenly, the family’s world comes crashing down. As his business hangs in the balance, his different sets of children are about to collide as they vie for control.
