Vote for Your Favorites! The 2022 Tell-Tale TV Awards (Round 1)
Okay, TV fans! It’s time to get your voting fingers ready! Voting is officially open for Round 1 of our annual Tell-Tale TV Awards!
Every year, we celebrate our love of television with this set of reader polls that tells us your favorite TV shows and performers from the previous year. And there’s a LOT of great TV to choose from.
As always, nominees for each poll came from our hard-working team members as well as you, our dedicated readers.
You can vote below for your favorite TV shows, performers, and the year’s best series finale. There are 28 categories this year, including Favorite New Comedy Series, Favorite Network Drama Series, Favorite Ensemble Cast in a Drama Series, Favorite Cable or Streaming Sci-fi / Fantasy / Horror Series, Favorite TV Movie, and more.
There will be a total of three rounds of voting, and the final winners will be announced on May 30th.
Some of the TV shows included in this year’s nominees are Abbott Elementary, Ghosts, Brooklyn Nine-Nine Dickinson, Yellowjackets, Big Sky, Station 19, The Equalizer, Better Call Saul, Bridgerton, Euphoria, Ozark, Chucky, Nancy Drew, Resident Alien, Lost in Space, Lucifer, The White Lotus, Big Mouth, and Undone.
But that’s just naming a few!
A few of the performers included with this year’s nominees are Brandon Scott Jones, Quinta Brunson, Jesse Lee Soffer, Matt Czuchry, Mandy Moore, Bob Odenkirk, Christina Ricci, Nicole Kang, Sonequa Martin-Green, Tom Ellis, and Noah Reid, among many others.
There were also a few performers who were nominated more than once, some even for the same category. Julia Garner, Hailee Steinfeld, and Oscar Isaac were among those who received more than one nomination this year.
Okay, so how does voting work?
You can vote for up to THREE choices in each of the 28 categories below from now through Sunday, May 15th at 9pm EST. You can vote once per day until voting closes. All awards are for shows airing between May 2021 and April 2022.
Make sure to click “vote” after each category.
The top 12 nominees in each category (or more in cases of ties) will then move on to Round 2, which will begin on May 16th.
