Deborah and Ava are back and hitting the road for Hacks Season 2. Premiering this week, Hacks Season 2 Episodes 1-2 will pick up after the emotional Season 1 finale. 

When we last saw Ava and Deborah, they were in a pretty good place. After a terrible fight that involved a slap, some truly harsh words, and secrets being spilled, the two reconciled at the funeral for Ava’s father. 

Deborah also announced that after her new material bombed during her last show in Vegas, she was taking it on the road, with Ava in tow. 

The harmony won’t last, though. Viewers will remember that in the heat of the moment, Ava contacted the writers she had interviewed with before her fight with Deborah and spilled all the tea. Ava let loose and aired all her — justifiable — grievances for the showrunners to use in their new series lampooning Deborah.

It’s only a matter of time before Deborah finds out what happened, and she isn’t known for being particularly forgiving. Deborah and Ava could very well end up back at square one, only this time they’ll be stuck on buses and planes together, making things so much worse for Ava but that much more entertaining for us.
