Grey’s Anatomy is celebrating 400 episodes with its two-part season finale. You heard me right: 400 episodes! On the Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 finale, the question remains as to whether or not the Grey-Sloan Memorial residency program will be shut down.
Jackson and April return to the hospital as well, and it’s still not clear when or if Meredith will leave Seattle.
