Dylan and Ethan deal with a puzzling case on Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 21, “Lying Doesn’t Protect You from the Truth.”
On the penultimate episode of Chicago Med Season 7, Dylan and Ethan are dumbfounded and confused when an extra bullet is found in a patient’s lungs. With no way for it to have been put there during his altercation, they look for an answer.
Meanwhile, Charles and Vanessa must work with one another to correctly diagnose a professional speaker, and Crockett’s expertise is needed with a pregnant patient.

Dylan and Ethan treat a patient shot during a drug raid. Charles and Vanessa work together to properly diagnose a motivational speaker. Will and Hannah must turn to Crockett for help with a patient who’s pregnant.
