Preview — Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Episode 9: Hide and Seek
With just two episodes to go in the season, Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Episode 9, “Hide and Seek,” is going to have to cover a lot of ground.
As we saw at the end of last week’s episode, a Borg-possessed Jurati has teamed up with Adam Soon to try and take control of the La Sirena and thwart the launch of the Europa mission that will (we hope) restore the timeline that Picard and friends left behind. Will the crew be able to stop her? And can Agnes still be saved?
As for Picard, if the promo photos below are any indication, it looks as though he’s once again going to have to look to his past for answers, and perhaps finally come to terms with the darkness surrounding his mother’s mental illness. (That’s definitely a shot of a childhood flashback Jean-Luc) is what I’m saying.
It’s…interesting that the only characters featured in this week’s promotional images are Picard and Tallinn. Where’s everyone else and what are they doing? (Guess we’ll have to wait until Thursday to find out.)
