“Working with these people has been a masterclass not only for me, but I think we’re all learning from each other. And these folks here, and comedic masterminds. Improve masters I call them!”

“It just feels so fun to go to work, and in the middle of a global pandemic, we have such a special experience that we were all able to come together and now make the world laugh, globally. It’s a win-win,” Pinnock said.

When asked if she could recall any moments on set where it was difficult to keep it together and not burst out laughing, she noted one person who often made her break.

“Any time Devan [Chandler Long] opens his mouth, and starts screaming and shouting [as Thorfinn], I break. Because the thing about Devan is that he can improvise for four hours long and have fresh new takes every time, and every take takes me out. I am crying, the streams go!” she laughed. “He is so funny.”

Pinnock also shared what she loved most about her character Alberta. “I think Alberta is so much more confident than I actually am in real life,” she said. “She is so brassy and such a hot mess with a heart of gold.”

“I just think she’s just way more cool than I actually am,” she continued. “I’m a homebody.”
