Preview — Station 19 Season 5 Episode 13: Cold Blue Steel and Sweet Fire
Chief Ross announces she’s shutting down Station 23 on Station 19 Season 5 Episode 13, “Cold Blue Steel and Sweet Fire.”
The promo video doesn’t answer whether this closure is effective immediately. If not, there’s a chance 23 will have to rally together despite their understandable frustration to help 19 respond to a fire at the candy factory.
It also appears like no one knows Chief Ross got the idea to close 23 from Andy’s comments about the firehouse’s deep-rooted problems.
As for Natasha, “Cold Blue Steel and Sweet Fire” will recount her past with Robert through a series of flashbacks. There’s an air of mystery around their past together, and Station 19 is ready to answer at least some of those questions.
Plus, this episode will dive deeper into Ben and Miranda’s fight for Pru when the couple has a discussion with Pru’s grandparents. It’s always good to see Ben and Bailey together! It’s even better that it keeps up Station 19‘s smaller crossovers with Grey’s Anatomy.
It may be too optimistic to believe this conversation ends well for Ben and Bailey considering the couple looks objectively happy in most of the photos. But, we want the best for Ben and Bailey, and, most importantly, we want the best for Pru.
