Disney+ Releases New ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ Teaser, Character Posters
The end of the year is a time for reminiscing, but a trip to the Sarlacc pit is something most people would rather forget. Or at least that’s the case for Boba Fett in the latest teaser for Disney+’s upcoming series The Book of Boba Fett.
In the 30-second teaser, Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) recounts being left for dead after the events Star Wars: Episode VI Return of The Jedi. It’s unclear who saved him, but we see him healing in a bacta tank during the teaser.
Fett explains he plans on ushering in a new rule on Tatooine, which he took over during the end credits scene of The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 8, “The Rescue.” Unlike the Hutts, he plans on ruling with respect.

Given what we know about the Star Wars universe, that sounds easier said than done. Fortunately, he has the fierce Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) by his side to help him out.
You can watch the new teaser for The Book of Boba Fett here:
The Book of Boba Fett stars Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand, both reprising their roles from The Mandalorian. The show is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson.
The season will include seven episodes in total. No plans have been announced for a second season, but given the popularity of the two characters, it doesn’t seem completely out of the question.
In addition to the teaser, Disney+ also released two new character posters featuring Boba Fett and Fennec Shand.
