Preview — Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 7: Bird Patrol

Doom Patrol, Previews

The Sisterhood of Dada is coming for Laura de Mille on Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 7, “Bird Patrol.” After an ominous warning from the Sisterhood on Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 6, “1917 Patrol,” Laura is on high alert as she waits for their first move.

We know that the Sisterhood had a falling out with Laura but we still don’t know what happened to put this once tight knit family at such odds. Perhaps “Bird Patrol” is the episode where viewers find out how they became adversaries rather than allies.

Worried about what the Sisterhood has planned Laura tries to get the Doom Patrol to prepare for what’s to come, namely the External Flagellation. Her attempts to get the team to focus on the quickly approaching event may be more challenging than she anticipates, though.

Jane is still navigating the increasing tension in The Underground caused by Kay’s desire for more independence and control. Cyborg has a big life choice to make about whether to get synthetic skin, and Cliff is in his own world of gaming addiction. Oh yeah, and Larry just threw up some kind of giant worm.

In other words, the Doom Patrol members all have their own problems and might not be inclined to help Laura with hers.

Still, one way or another Laura’s problems are going to become the team’s problems whether they like it or not, especially since Rita is right in the center of it all.
