Preview — 9-1-1 Season 5 Episode 3: Desperate Measures

The blackout rages on with 9-1-1 Season 5 Episode 3, “Desperate Measures.” Despite the continued chaos, our first responders still have families and futures to think of.

For Athena, the main focus is on finding Harry before his kidnapper does something desperate. This mama bear has been through enough when it comes to her kids over the years, she needs a break — let’s hope the universe gives her one.

Meanwhile, Maddie is struggling to take care of her baby daughter. Her post-partum is getting the better of her, but her family isn’t doing much to help. Here’s to the best being decided for her and her daughter’s health.

With the panic attacks not going anywhere fast, Eddie needs to decide what to do about Ana. As Buck aptly told him, Christopher loving her might not be enough.

Episode description: As the citywide blackout continues to cause mayhem in Los Angeles, Athena races to save her family from tragedy. Meanwhile, Eddie must make a difficult choice about his future and Maddie makes a life-changing decision.
