Preview — Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 1, 2, & 3: Possibilities Patrol / Vacay Patrol / Dead Patrol
The wonderfully weird world of Doom Patrol is back for a third season. Season 3 kicks off with the three-episode premiere of Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 1, “Possibilities Patrol,” Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 2, “Vacay Patrol,” and Doom Patrol Season 3 Episode 3, “Dead Patrol.”
When we left the gang at the end of Doom Patrol Season 2 Episdoe 9, “Wax Patrol,” things were looking pretty precarious. Vic, Rita, and Cliff faced off against the Candlemaker and lost, ending the season frozen in wax with Dorothy about to take him on by herself.
Meanwhile, Jane and the rest of the underground had their own battle to fight when it was discovered that Miranda might actually be the Daddy personality, leaving Kay and all of her protectors in peril.
By the looks of the preview material, “Possibilities Patrol” will mostly be wrapping up Season 2, which was cut short in 2020 due to COVID delays.
“Vacay Patrol” and “Dead Patrol” are where Season 3’s storyline will really begin. We don’t know much about what to expect, except that the marvelous Michelle Gomez will be joining the cast as a time traveler who has forgotten the reason she’s time traveling.

“Vacay Patrol” Episode description: A relaxing vacation to escape the Doom Patrol’s recent loss proves anything but – especially when an unexpected evil lurks nearby.
“Dead Patrol” Episode description: After waking up in the tunnel of souls, the Doom Patrol must confront their own personal purgatories. Back at the manor, Dorothy and Larry consult a highly specialized detective agency to help reach their friends.
