The latest docuseries puts tabloids in the spotlight as the creators look into the rise and the faces responsible for the gossip rags we all know about today. Gossip debuts Sunday, August 22 at 8/7c on Showtime.

Abby is back and ready to carry on with life. She’s determined to power through as she begins her search for a new therapist. Work in Progress returns Sunday, August 22 at 11/10c on Showtime.

Episode Description: As Abby settles into a routine with a new roommate, she embarks on a fraught quest to find a new therapist – ideally, one she doesn’t hate. All out of almonds and hanging on by a thread, Abby blusters her way through a shrinking list while doing her best just to make it to tomorrow. Season premiere.

The first of The Witcher spin-offs is this animated tale of what came before Geralt’s story, following Vesemir and his life as a witcher. The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf premieres Monday, August 23 on Netflix.

Series Description: The world of The Witcher expands in this anime origin story: Before Geralt, there was his mentor Vesemir — a swashbuckling young witcher who escaped a life of poverty to slay monsters for coin. But when a strange new monster begins terrorizing a politically-fraught kingdom, Vesemir finds himself on a frightening adventure that forces him to confront the demons of his past.

Supergirl – Tuesday, August 24

Kara and company are back and ready to leave the Phantom Zone behind. But her determination to dig in on her city-saving work leaves a much bigger threat to National City. Supergirl returns Tuesday, August 24 at 9/8c on The CW.

Episode Description: As Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Zor-El (guest star Jason Behr) make their return to National City, they are determined to keep the Phantom Zone behind them and enjoy being superheroes together. Unfortunately, their overzealous efforts backfire, creating a whole new threat to National City.

Bob Ross: Happy Accidents, Betrayal & Greed – Wednesday, August 25

The latest streaming documentary tells the story of the well-known and well-loved artist and teacher, Bob Ross. But while it tells what we know about him, it goes far beyond what we all know. Bob Ross: Happy Accidents, Betrayal & Greed drops Wednesday, August 25 on Netflix.

Archer – Wednesday, August 25

Sterling and company are back for a new season as they face a new threat. Season 12 is also the final season Jessica Walter’s voice can be heard as Mallory. Archer returns Wednesday, August 25 at 10/9c on FXX.

Season Description: In season 12 of FXX‘s comedy Archer, “Sterling Archer“ and gang face a new threat: a spy conglomerate known as IIA (International Intelligence Agency). With a limited number of spy jobs up for grabs, can the Agency compete against the soulless vultures of IIA, or will our mom-and-pop spy agency be the next to get swallowed alive?

The Other Two – Thursday, August 26

After way too long of a hiatus, the Dubek is back and have found a new home in streaming as fans of the show get to continue following Chase, Cary, Brooke, and Pat on their own adventures. The Other Two returns Thursday, August 26 on HBO Max.

Season Description: With their pop star brother, ChaseDreams, officially entering retirement at the ripe old age of fourteen, Brooke and Cary must now contend with a new famous family member: their 53-year-old mother Pat, and her eponymous daytime talk show. Humiliated at being The Other Two yet again, they double down and make it their mission not to be.

PEN15 Animated Special – Friday, August 27

Anna and Maya are back in animated form to kick off the second part of Season 2 as they deal with their crippling insecurities and all that comes along with being a teenage girl on vacation. PEN15’s animated special drops Friday, August 27 on Hulu.

Special Description: On vacation with Curtis, Anna and Maya are introduced to new crippling insecurities. The girls try to ignore them but a mystical turn makes their self-doubt impossible to forget.
