Captain James teams up with Micki to take on a crooked cop on WalkerSeason 1 Episode 16, “Bad Apples.” The title and this episode’s premise begs the question of whether there are more bad apples in the bunch that Walkerwill continue to uncover as the series progresses.
Nothing is ever simple and easy when dealing with the law in any of its branches. James sees this to a great and dangerous extent during “Bad Apples” when said dirty cop targets James’ son DJ. It appears as though James will visit Walker at the ranch at some point during the episode.
This could be the place that James takes DJ to keep him safe, which would be an odd decision considering the recent happenings there. Either way, hopefully, DJ, James, and Micki make it out of this case alive and well.
Elsewhere, Walker gives Trey advice about his future. The promo video shares that Walker himself won’t be able to dodge questions about his future for much longer. Stella, specifically, is questioning her father’s decision to leave the Rangers. Maybe she’ll be the one to push Walker into returning or in a new direction entirely.
