Preview — Superman & Lois Season 1 Episode 8: Holding the Wrench

Reality sinks in as John Henry Irons shares more of his story on Superman & Lois Season 1 Episode 8, “Holding the Wrench.” Clark follows through on his desire to speak with John on his own once General Lane returns to the D.O.D.. Though, it appears that things don’t remain peaceful for long. 

The photos and the promo videos show that tensions reach a boiling point, and weapons are drawn. Hopefully, Superman can deescalate the situation. Lois pleas in the promo video that someone, likely John, take into account that Earth-Prime’s Superman is different. 

It’s unclear whether this confrontation comes before or after Clark encourages Lois to reach out for help after noticing her reaching a breaking point. 

Meanwhile, Jonathan finds himself in yet another dangerous situation and Sarah auditions for the musical revue at school. Just the absolutely normal highs and lows of high school life in Smallville.

Episode description: Clark encourages Lois to reach out for help after noticing her reaching a breaking point. Meanwhile, Jonathan finds himself in a dangerous situation. Lastly, Kyle encourages Sarah to audition for the musical revue at school. Alex Garfin, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Dylan Walsh and Wole Parks also star.
