Preview — Walker Season 1 Episode 6: Bar None

Micki’s mom comes to town and Geri decides to sell the bar on Walker Season 1 Episode 6, “Bar None.” Both of these events are more than likely to be good ways to learn even more about Micki and Walker. 

The promo video and the photos don’t really provide any hints at what might happen between Micki and her mother. Walker must want to keep the specifics of their reunion a secret until the episode airs. We’ve heard Micki mention her strained relationship with her mother a few times so far this season.

It’s going to be entirely different to see what it’s like when both of those women are in the same room. 

As for the Side Step, the promo video suggests that Geri makes the decision to sell the bar either on or near the day that commemorates one year since Emily’s death. That can’t be easy for Walker, even if he tries to deny it. 

“Bar None” also sees the return of Matt Barr as Hoyt. Hoyt plays a key role in Walker’s fond memories at the Side Step. He’s also a key role in Liam and James’ investigation of Emily’s murder.

Episode description: When Geri decides to sell the bar, it throws Walker for a loop. With so many memories attached to the bar, he asks Geri to reconsider and reminds her of all the good times they’ve had there with Emily and Hoyt. Meanwhile, Micki is shocked when her mother (guest star Alex Meneses) drops in unexpectedly.

The episode was written by Casey Fisher & Paula Sabbaga and directed by Amyn Kaderali.
