Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist Season 2 Episode 6, “Zoey’s Extraordinary Reckoning,” takes on racial bias and marginalization in the workplace in its final episode before a brief hiatus.
After refusing to paper over deeper problems that led to the CHIRP’s facial recognition not recognizing people of color, Simon will have to deal with the fallout of speaking truth to power, and we’ll see if Zoey has his back when it matters.
The promo suggests it isn’t going to be a smooth ride for Simon and Zoey. It might even be the first real conflict between them this season.
“Zoey’s Extraordinary Reckoning” looks like an ambitious episode. There are many ways that it could misstep if the story isn’t handled well.
