This week’s picks include the return of a revamped Batwoman, Miss Scarlet and The Duke’s debut, and more.

New season, new look for Gotham’s caped crusader. Javicia Leslie takes up the mantle of the cow,l and with her debut comes a new set of stories and new adventures in saving the city. Batwoman returns Sunday, January 17 at 8/7c on The CW.

Episode Description: While Kate’s friends and family hold on to hope that Kate may still be found, a homeless 25-year-old named Ryan Wilder stumbles upon Kate’s batsuit.

Masterpiece is bringing fans a new crime-solving pair after Eliza Scarlet inherits her father’s detective agency and finds herself forced to recruit a male business partner. Miss Scarlet and the Duke debuts Sunday, January 17 at 8/7c on PBS.

Episode Description: After headstrong Eliza Scarlet inherits her father’s detective agency, she is obliged to find a male business partner to operate in Victorian London.

All American – Monday, January 18

The football drama is back and ready to deal with the aftermath of their choices, as Spencer deals with fallout of a past interview. All American returns Monday, January 18 at 8/7c on The CW.

Episode Description: Spencer finds himself on the defense after an interview he gave comes out, upsetting his old teammates; Coop and Layla return from tour; Billy is excited for a fresh start at South Crenshaw High.

After a lengthy hiatus, the Drew crew is back and hitting the ground running trying to come up with a plant to stop Aglaeca. Will they succeed? Nancy Drew returns Wednesday, January 20 at 9/8c on The CW.

Episode Description: Nancy and her friends realize they need to come up with a plan to stop the Aglaeca before it’s too late; Detective Tamura shows up at The Claw to bring Nancy in for questioning in a mysterious comatose girl’s assault.

grown-ish – Thursday, January 21

Legacies – Thursday, January 21

It’s been a long break, but the students of the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted as a new medieval monster makes its debut. Legacies kicks off its new season Thursday, January 21 at 9/8c on The CW.

The Sister – Friday, January 22

Russell Tovey stars in a new thriller that follows a man and his wife and a secret that resurfaces and runs the risk of turning their lives upside down. The Sister debuts Friday, January 22 on Hulu.

Series Description: A devoted married man finds his life is turned upside down when a ghost from his past turns up on his doorstep, bringing some shocking news which leads to disastrous consequences.

The White Tiger – Friday, January 22

Netflix’s latest follows Balram Halwai as he makes his way out of poverty to entrepreneurship in this dark drama. The White Tiger debuts Friday, January 22 on Netflix.

Description: Balram Halwai (Adarsh Gourav) narrates his epic and darkly humorous rise from poor villager to successful entrepreneur in modern India. Cunning and ambitious, our young hero jockeys his way into becoming a driver for Ashok (Rajkummar Rao) and Pinky (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), who have just returned from America.
