Preview — Station 19 Season 4 Episode 5: Out of Control
Station 19 Season 4 Episode 5, “Out of Control,” follows the crew as they jump into action to help a mother in distress. This episode is sure to be an intense winter finale. It also kicks off a crossover event with Grey’s Anatomy.
The promo video gives more context to the mother’s emotions by explaining that she believes that her daughter has been kidnapped. The way Vic, Dean, and Travis are dressed proves the urgency of the situation. They clearly do not meet this mother through a work call as they’re not wearing their usual firefighting apparel.
To add to the tension, Station 19’s heroic efforts spark conflict with police officers who are less than eager to offer support. Plus, the promo video shows that a fire eventually starts on the scene as well. It looks like this explosive confrontation does not end well for at least one person involved since someone ends up at Grey Sloan Memorial.
Meanwhile, Andy and Sullivan find a way to stay connected. This is an ongoing dilemma for the couple. Finding a balance is all the more difficult now that Sullivan is at the firehouse more.
Elsewhere, Ben confronts a tough loss. This is most likely Miranda Bailey’s mother Elena Bailey who unfortunately passed away on Grey’s Anatomy Season 17 Episode 5, “Fight the Power.” Plus, Jack and Inara grow closer now that he’s staying with Inara and Marcus.
