Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) has already gone to hell and back, so what could Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part 4, the final part, possibly have in store for us? Well, a lot, it seems, including a big surprise guest star.
Plus, as already-released clips have teased, at least two members of the original TGIF Sabrina sitcom are stopping by for a special appearance.
For several seasons now, Chilling Adventures‘ trailers have been notoriously misleading so looking for too many hints of what’s to come will likely prove fruitless. Instead, here’s our pie-in-the-sky wishlist for the season.
For too long, Chilling Adventures has sidelined some of its strongest players, including Tati Gabrielle’s Prudence and Michelle Gomez’s Lilith.
With Lilith carrying an heir to the throne of Hell and Prudence processing the literal and figurative loss of her sisters, both women have a lot on the line. This is the series’ last chance to give them the meaty storylines they’re capable of playing. Come through, writers!
The show has also been stretching out the Harvey/Sabrina romantic tension (even though in reality, there is none) and pushing the Sabrina/Nick endgame narrative. Romantic love is a huge part of coming-of-age but given that Chilling Adventures is a feminist odyssey, any time of endgame isn’t really necessary at this point.
Here’s hoping the final installment focuses more on female power and less on teenage love angst.

Season description: The Eldritch Terrors descend upon Greendale and the coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one (The Weird, The Returned, The Darkness to name a few), all leading up to…The Void, which is the End of All Things. As the witches wage war, with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart, but will it be too late?
