When Do ‘Chicago Med,’ ‘Chicago Fire,’ and ‘Chicago P.D.’ Return for New Seasons?

When do Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D., return for their new seasons?

All three shows that comprise NBC’s ever-popular “One Chicago Wednesday” return for their new seasons on Wednesday, November 11th. Chicago Med airs at 8/7c, Chicago Fire at 9/8c, and Chicago P.D. at 10/9c.

Basically, Wednesdays will feel a little more normal once November 11th rolls around.

The three shows all had their previous seasons cut short, as did many other television series earlier this year. That’s made this hiatus just a little more difficult for viewers (it’s been so long!), but it certainly looks like One Chicago Wednesday will be coming back with a bang.

We can expect some major casting changes, however. Chicago Fire’s Annie Ilonzeh, who played Emily Foster, has left the series, and Firehouse 51 will be welcoming newcomer Adriyan Rae when the series returns for Season 9.

Meanwhile, on Chicago P.D., Lisseth Chavez, who played Vanessa Rojas, has exited the franchise as well. We also know that Nicole Ari Parker is joining the series in a recurring role for Chicago P.D. Season 8.

By the way, if you’re a fan of all three shows, you can also feel relieved to know none of them are going anywhere any time soon. In February, Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D. all snagged three-season renewals at NBC.
