Sutton makes a spontaneous trip home to process her reality on The Bold Type Season 4 Episode 16, “Not Far From The Tree.”

But knowing her mother’s history, there’s a chance Sutton doesn’t find the comfort she’s looking for while she’s there. 

Back at Scarlet, Jane starts chasing a big story that Jaqueline has a personal stake in. 

Plus, Kat is staying mum about how much her relationship with Ava has progressed. 

Everyone has a different piece of their future at stake but Sutton, Kat, and Jane can’t just run to the fashion closet to seek advice from each other anymore.
