On The 100 Season 7 Episode 9, “The Flock,” Murphy and Indra must defuse a tense situation on Sanctum. Elsewhere, old friends make new alliances.

The episode’s promo doesn’t provide many hints as to who this alliance could involve nor why it needs to be formed in the first place. It could have to do with bringing peace to Sanctum. It could have to do with finding out more from Bill on Bardo.

This is The 100, and these characters take alliances very seriously. Well, until they need to be amended or broken due to life-threatening, world-ending situations. 

Murphy and Indra are brave in their dedication to bring peace to Sanctum, because every week that fight becomes more difficult. Thanks to Sheidheda’s looming presence, the tension continues to boil. It’s starting to feel like there’s only so much more the crucible known as Sanctum can take.  

“The Flock,” marks the halfway point of The 100‘s final season, which lends itself to the stressful situations basically every character is in at this point. With only 8 episodes left before the show’s 100th and final episode, the stakes continue to rise. There is much to resolve and only so little time to do so. 

All we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. Maybe there is a chance some of our favorite characters will survive the season and live peaceful lives.

Episode description:Murphy (Richard Harmon) and Indra (guest star Adina Porter, “American Horror Story”) must defuse a tense situation. Meanwhile, old friends make new allegiances. Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, Tasya Teles, Shannon Kook, JR Bourne, Shelby Flannery and Chuku Modu also star.
