Emmys 2020: ‘The Good Place,’ ‘Insecure,’ ‘Ozark’ Among Nominees

Nominations for the 72nd annual Primetime Emmy® Awards were announced with enthusiasm this morning by Leslie Jones. She was joined virtually by co-presenters Laverne Cox, Josh Gad, and Tatiana Maslany, as well as Academy Chairman and CEO Frank Scherma.

Among this year’s nominees are The Good Place, Insecure, Dead to Me, What We Do in the Shadows, Better Call Saul, Ozark, Unbelievable, and Little Fires Everywhere

Jimmy Kimmel will host this year’s show, which airs Sunday, September 20th on ABC. As for how the Emmy’s will work this year, those details have yet to be revealed.
