Preview — Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 7 Episode 6: Adapt or Die
Coulson continues to insist he lean into the one thing he does best — dying.
And while we wish he would knock it off, the stakes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 7 Episode 6, “Adapt or Die,” suggest Coulson dying isn’t even the worst thing the team could have to face.
Daisy and Sousa have been kidnapped by accidental offspring Nathaniel Malick, who has no business being alive let alone kidnapping two of the team’s finest agents. The boy’s obsession with Whitehall’s Inhumans research and his bloodied torture apron spells big trouble for these two.
Not to be outdone, the rest of the team have created quite the mess to clean up before they leave the seventies.
The fate of Mack’s parents has now been thrown into the mix as the remaining agents scramble to repair their damaged ship and stop the Chronicoms from mucking up S.H.I.E.L.D.’s future with their annoying face stealing ways once again.
It seems Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is keeping the major events of this episode on the down-low for reasons we have to assume are incredibly bad — and possibly deadly!
Coulson, don’t you even think about going back towards the light.

Episode description: The stakes are higher than ever when, after blowing their cover and damaging the Zephyr in the process, the team must scramble to rescue Mack’s parents, save S.H.I.E.L.D. from a chronicom infestation, and fix the ship … all before the next time-jump. Meanwhile, Daisy and Sousa find themselves at a disadvantage against a power hungry Nathaniel Malick and his goons, and Coulson will have to do the thing he does best in order to save the future.
