Things are going anything but good on Blindspot Season 5 Episode 3, “Existential Ennui.”

After the one known piece of evidence was intercepted on Blindspot Season 5 Episode 2, “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” the team is back to square one about how to prove their innocence.

It won’t be easy when the threat soon becomes a mysterious prisoner from a botched op that could take them all down.

Things aren’t going well for the FBI resistence either as Weitz endures a psychological chess game with Madeline who is trying to assess his loyalty after what happened in Norway.

Episode description: When an op goes bad, the team must deal with a proverbial monster in their house before it can take them down one by one. Meanwhile, Director Weitz is forced into a tense game of psychological chess as Madeline Burke attempts to assess his loyalty and root out a potential mole at the FBI.
