“Zoey’s Extraordinary Outburst” centers on Max’s decision to take a job with a different group at SPRQ and efforts by Joan to keep Max on her team. The fight over Max also gives the show a chance to have Joan and rival Ava sing The Boy is Mine, a song that seems tailor-made for this show.
The big show stopper may well be Joan and Ava’s showdown, but it’s not the only confrontation on happening on the episode. Zoey unexpectedly finds herself in the middle of a conflict with some of the most important people in her life, maybe because of said “outburst.”

Episode description: Zoey surprisingly finds herself getting into major conflict with Simon, Max, Mo and even Howie. Tensions arise at SPRQ Point when the fourth and sixth floors compete over an important piece of code. Mitch and Maggie try to celebrate their anniversary.
