Barry, Erica, Adam, Beverly, and Murray all fit a unique spot in our lives, reminding us of relatives or friends who we don’t see nearly as often as we would like to. Their collective hijinks bring back memories from simpler times, where family values were the key to living a happy lifestyle.

The fact that the show takes place in the ’80s only seals the deal in the classic it has become.
Seven seasons past its premiere without slowing down, The Goldbergs more recently gave birth to a spin-off where some of the most endearing reoccurring characters can find more time to shine. Lainey Lewis and Coach Mellor run Schooled in very much the same vein as The Goldbergs, and who could blame them? A proven method is worth repeating!
With literally over a hundred episodes of The Goldbergs already aired, it can sometimes get confusing how each character relates to the others — and what’s the dog’s name again?
