Preview — Station 19 / Grey’s Anatomy Crossover: “I Know This Bar” and “Help Me Through the Night”
If you’re like me, you’ve been thinking about that major Grey’s Anatomy cliffhanger since the show’s mid-season finale. When the series returns to let us finally find out what happens next, it will be as part of a two-hour crossover event with Station 19 this Thursday, January 23rd.
This will be Station 19’s season premiere in its new time slot, at 8/7c. For Grey’s Anatomy, this is a return to its original timeslot at 9/8c.
While it looks like most of the crossover will be dedicated to the car crash at Joe’s Bar that left many of our beloved characters in danger, we can also expect a struggle for Amelia after her recent news about the timeline of her pregnancy and a big step for Teddy and Owen.
And if you’re wondering if we’ll get any answers about the recently announced exit of Alex Karev, played by Justin Chambers, on Grey’s Anatomy… well, so am I. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Station 19 Season 3 Episode 1 Description: After a car crashes into Joe’s Bar, Andy and Sullivan lead the team of firefighters as they work to rescue their fellow crewmates Ben and Pruitt, Grey Sloan doctors and interns, and bar patrons before the building comes crumbling down.
Grey’s Anatomy Season 16 Episode 10 Description: Following the car crash at Joe’s Bar and subsequent rescue efforts led by the Station 19 firefighters, Grey Sloan doctors work through the night to save the lives of their colleagues. Meanwhile, Amelia worries about sharing her pregnancy revelation with Link. Owen and Teddy take a big step, and Bailey deals with grief over her recent loss.
