Liv has murder on the brain, while Blaine apparently has love.

iZombie Season 5 Episode 4, “Dot Zom,” has the gang investigating the murder of a successful corporation head and creator of a traffic app. The episode’s title and description are giving off serious Mr.Robot vibes, so we may just have a few surprises in store with this newest brain.

Meanwhile, Blaine has an interesting run-in with Al Bronson of Bluster Magazine, played by The Last Summer and Teen Wolf actress Gage Golightly.

We’ve yet to know if their meeting is the start of another love interest for Blaine, but for the sake of giving Blaine the ending he deserves this season let’s hope Al’s appearance leads to something more unexpected.

Could the death of this traffic app creator lead us on another exciting journey? We’ll soon find out.
