Preview — 9-1-1 Season 2 Episode 11: New Beginnings
After what seems like eons, 9-1-1 is back for an explosive second half to Season 2 with 9-1-1 Season 2 Episode 11, “New Beginnings.” Lives are changing and no one is going to be left unscathed.
First, we have the unknown with Bobby and Athena now that they are engaged. The questions on our minds are boiled down to two main ideas. When is the wedding? How will their families come together?
The biggest cliffhanger from the mid-season finale back in November was the emergence of Maddie’s ex-husband in the lives of not just her but Chimney as well.
Something big is on the horizon and we’re not entirely sure what that something is. The imagery of an official funeral in the previews has us all on pins and needles to find out just who it is for.

Episode description: Bobby meets Athena’s parents. Maddie’s husband insinuates himself deeper into Chimney’s life. A tanker carrying a tiger shark crashes on the freeway. A gas leak in a plastic surgeon’s office happens mid-surgery.
