16 TV Couples We Want to See Tie the Knot
Here are 16 TV couples we want to see tie the knot (continued):
9. Bobby and Athena (9-1-1)

Bobby and Athena’s relationship came as a surprise at the end of 9-1-1 Season 1, but it was easily one of the best parts of the first half of Season 2. On the mid-season finale, Bobby proposed to Athena and she said yes, each of them knowing how precious life is and how you have to keep the people you love close.
9-1-1 fans are so excited these two move forward in their relationship as Season 2 returns. They have an easy chemistry that comes naturally and their relationship has progressed in a real and honest way that takes into account everything that Bobby and Athena are both together and as individuals.
We can’t wait to see these two get married and face life, and the wild emergencies of LA, together.
Dream wedding detail: They ride away in Athena’s squad car that has been obnoxiously decorated by the team.
10. Bow and Dre (Black-ish)

Black-ish Season 4 really put my heart through the wringer when it came to Bow and Dre’s relationship. Thankfully, they made it through a separation and near-divorce scare and are still together and going strong on Season 5 of Black-ish.
We’ve enjoyed seeing them stay together and work on their relationship through the new season. They’re still facing all of the challenges that come with raising a family and having two demanding careers. In the midst of all of that, we would love to see these two recommit to each other.
Having Bow and Dre choose to get married a second time, with everyone they love there to support them, would go a long way in showing that their marriage is still a priority and that their love for each other is still strong.
Dream wedding detail: All of the kids share what Bow and Dre have taught them about love and relationships.
11. FP and Alice (Riverdale)

Riverdale Season 3 is has been putting Alice and FP’s relationship through the wringer, but if one thing is for sure, these two have endgame written all over them. Even the actors agree that the connection between Alice and FP is the stuff that soulmates are made out of, calling them destined to be together.
Alice: I was tough as nails, but around FP? Silly putty.
Alice has essentially been in love with FP all her life and she’s as good as said so more than once now. FP may be blinded by the desire to do what he thinks is best for his kids, but we all know Gladys is up to no good and that he really does love Alice. We just need FP to realize that and go after her like he really wanted to.
FP and Alice keep coming back to each other, time after time, he just needs to step up to the plate and fight for her to make it stick.
Dream wedding detail: Betty and Jughead are their maid of honor and best man. They get married in some secret spot they used to share on the Southside.
12. David and Patrick (Schitt’s Creek)

David and Patrick are one of the best couples to ever grace the small screen. Their romance has developed in such an honest and beautiful way that fans simply cannot get enough of these two together. If they were to get married, well let’s just say it would be the most spectacular shindig Schitt’s Creek has ever seen.
Just think of the wedding planning chaos that Moira, Alexis, and even Stevie would want to get in on. Even if Alexis might be a little jealous. Ew David, you get married first!
At the end of the day, David and Patrick make each other the best versions of themselves, they make each other happy and they love each other with honest devotion. They deserve to get married and grow old together.
Dream wedding detail: They dance (or even walk down the aisle) to “Simply the Best” by Tina Turner. Oh, and Mariah Carey is invited, of course.
13. Charles and Liza (Younger)

These two haven’t had the easiest time finding their balance with each other and with the world around them but the domestic glimpse of them on Younger Season 5 makes me crave a happily ever after for them. As much as Younger is able to still pull my heartstrings for Josh and Liza, Charles and Liza are so clearly meant to be.
Now that Charles knows the truth about Liza and they don’t have to hide their relationship, they can fully explore the relationship that has been a slow, steady burn since Season 1.
Having these two get married would create enough drama for a full season of Younger and allow the show to loop in just about every character we’ve ever met (including both their ex’s and their kids).
Dream wedding detail: Charles’ daughters are flower girls, and Diana is in Liza’s wedding party (Maggie, Kelsey, and Caitlin are a given).
14. Stella and Severide (Chicago Fire)

Stella and Severide may have broken up, but we are all in deep denial about it. The two of them are still in love with each other, but they need to take some time apart before their relationship can work long term. Severide is reeling from the loss of his father and he needs to take care of himself on his own before he can love Stella the way that she deserves.
Severide: Wherever you are that’s where I want to be.
We know that Stella and Severide have something real and lasting. If they can work past their issues they could be together forever, and ultimately that’s what a lot of Chicago Fire fans want to see.
Dream wedding detail: There’s a party at the firehouse complete with decorations.
15. Conrad and Nic (The Resident)

Nic and Conrad are the heart of The Resident and their relationship has captivated fans from day one. We know that Conrad and Nic are already actively thinking about their future together. Over the first two seasons of The Resident, we’ve seen these two overcome obstacles both personal and professional and we’re ready to see them take the next step.
We know there’s nothing that these two can’t face together, having them get married would only solidify that bond and make their relationship that much stronger.
We know they’re committed to each other, we just want to see The Resident follow through on that commitment. Plus, marriage would be a pretty concrete way to show Dr. Alec Shaw that Nic’s not interested.
Dream wedding detail: They elope and have a beautiful night to themselves.
16. Jonah and Amy (Superstore)

Jonah and Amy have had one of the best will-they-won’t-they relationships we’ve ever seen on a sitcom; now they’re together and it’s perfection. Even before they began a romantic relationship, Jonah and Amy have always been supportive of each other in a really healthy way. Superstore has taken the time to really make this relationship work.
Amy is ready to take the next step in her career as she has begun her journey on the management path. Things are moving forward for her in big ways and we are ready to see her take the next step with Jonah too.
Dream wedding detail: Amy is the one who proposes. Glenn is hilariously heartbroken that he doesn’t get to officiate the ceremony.
