Preview — Take Two Season 1 Episode 13: One to the Heart
Take Two Season 1 Episode 13, “One to the Heart,” looks to bring all the romance, drama, and excitement you expect from a MilMar finale! After sharing a kiss in the middle of the street at the end of Take Two Season 1 Episode 12, Sam and Eddie take on a tough case as they try to figure out where they stand with each other.
(Beware of the ABC official press release for this episode! It contains a major spoiler that I won’t repeat here. I’m pretty disappointed to have read it myself.)
“One to the Heart” challenges Sam and Eddie to catch a career con man. Sam goes undercover as bait, but it looks like Eddie is the one in real trouble.
Plus, Deacon is back! Is he finally making his move to take down Eddie? Will he target Eddie directly, or go after Sam as a way to hurt him? The timing couldn’t be worse as Sam and Eddie have just taken a big step forward in their relationship.
The Season 1 finale is written by Andrew Marlowe and Terri Miller. Hopefully, this won’t turn out to be the series finale as well.

Episode description:
While struggling with the advancement in their relationship, Sam and Eddie take a case involving a serial con man who victimizes wealthy women. In order to help their client, the pair hatch a plan to con the con man using Sam as bait. But their plan goes awry when they discover they’re not the only ones after the con man and that they may be stepping into a trap themselves. As events unfold, Sam’s future and Eddie’s past collide to test their professional and personal relationships in a way that could change everything.
