Grey’s Anatomy returns for its 15th season next week, and it’s a season that we’ve already heard has been described as exactly that.

On Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 Episode 1, “With a Wonder and a Wild Desire,” Meredith has trouble concentrating, the doctors are competing for a new position, and Maggie has to keep a secret. Then on Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 Episode 2, “Broken Together,” new doctors shake things up at the hospital, and Jo makes a life-changing decision.

And from the looks of the promo video, there may also be a pretty unexpected relationship forming for Meredith Grey…

Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 Episode 1 description: The doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial vie for a new position. Meredith is seemingly distracted and struggles to stay focused, and Maggie finds herself the keeper of a big secret while Amelia and Owen try to figure out their relationship. Meanwhile, Jo and Alex’s honeymoon doesn’t go exactly as planned.
