15 Favorite TV Episodes from 2018 (So Far)
13. The Good Place Season 2 Episode 11: “Rhonda, Diana, Jake, and Trent”

No show seems to be as willing to blow up its status quo than The Good Place, which puts them in a position to have standout episodes like “Rhonda, Diana, Jake, and Trent.”
The Good Place Season 2 Episode 11, “Rhonda, Diana, Jake, and Trent takes place right after the neighborhood we’ve gotten to know over 1.5 seasons has disappeared and hurtled “Team Cockroach” into the Bad Place abyss.
It’s the willingness to blow up the status quo that truly lands them on this list, but I also couldn’t imagine where my life would be if I’d never met “Jake Jortles.”
14. One Day At A Time Season 2 Episode 13: “Not Yet”

An emotional season finale that had fans worldwide breaking out the tissues, “Not Yet” had each character exploring Lydia and what she meant to them.
I never believed that the show would actually kill off Rita Moreno, but “Not Yet” spent enough time making you wonder. It was emotional, powerful, and definitely deserving of a spot on this list.
15. Timeless Season 2 Episode 10: “Chinatown”

To round out the list is a show that had a ten episode season full of strong episodes, Timeless. The team worked without the previous financial resources, added Garcia Flynn as a frenemy to their team, and went through some serious changes in their lives caused by Rittenhouse and time-traveling.
Aside from all of that, Timeless Season 2 Episode 10, “Chinatown,” belongs on this list not only due to the epic nature of the episode, but also the Rufus feels. We’re going to need that wrap-up movie, stat!! (cc: NBC).
