iZombie Season 4 Episode 11, “Insane in the Germ Brain,” is set to deliver an interesting brain of the week and several important developments as we inch closer to the season finale.

Liv is facing a zombie’s worst nightmare after she consumes the brain of a germaphobe during flu season, and it looks like Ravi has officially taken over as Isobel’s fatherly figure as he continues to babysit Seattle’s newest resident. Meanwhile, Chase Graves is spiraling out of control as the foundation of his zombie utopia continues to crack.

On a brighter note, fans can enjoy this episode without the looming threat of this season being iZombie‘s last as the series has now been renewed by The CW for a fifth season.

Episode description: Liv does Clive a solid and agrees to consume germaphobe brain during flu season. Ravi continues his role as surrogate father to Isobel. Major finally gets to the bottom of things, and Chase continues to spiral out of control. Lastly, Peyton struggles with a very important decision.
