The Good Place sure does know how to pull a twist at the last moment, and we’ve been eagerly awaiting its return.
At the end of The Good Place Season 1, Eleanor figured out the truth and revealed to everyone that they had really been in the bad place all along. Not long after exposing Michael to Chidi and the others, Michael reset the entire world, with Eleanor not remembering anything.
On The Good Place Season 2 Episode 1, “Everything is Great,” Eleanor and co. must start their lives in the bad place over again, it only being a matter of time before Eleanor figures out the truth again.

Episode Description: After Michael erases their memories, Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani and Jason find themselves in the Good Place again, but Eleanor finds a clue she left for herself and tries to put everything together.
